PBY will continue to do what it does best. Chase it's own tail around and around bury it's head in the sand. My impression of this outfit after quite a few years is that Good hard working experienced service persons will find out that when you have substandard employees doing toe and go alignments, crystal ball diagnostics, and service boys selling item of the month, "I know you need brakes, but Fuel Rail Cleaning is the Bomb!" The ones that get hurt on the commission are the good guys who have to face the customers after wonder boy did his thing, The good techs will see all the gravy go to the shop butcher because he is fast, and besides we are saving all theses comebacks for you to solve. It took a long time for my eyes to be opened but like a guy living in a cave,,,, sunlight is refreshing. Todays cars are more and more complex and I see butchers in the shop who cant even set the brake lathe correctly, the road test consists of backing it out of the bay and parking it,and Customers are getting the short end of the stick. They may not know it at first but trust me sooner or later probably later when they come back they will see whats up.
