This company doesn't have a clue on processing online rebates. They enter your receipt info and there is no indication given of what the rebate total or items is going to be.After waiting several months, the rebate arrives, less than advertised.By that time,it's too late to submit a mail in rebate. You send them an online message and they never reply. You phone the 800# and when you press for customer relations, you get disconnected. Finally, someone at the rebate 800# told me to just go to the store.I got a refund for items purchased months before. They wouldn't give me the rebate.Signs of a company having problems.I would suggest you avoid owning stock in a company, this messed up.
Oh you poor dear.
The company will say that you did not fill in the form correctly or you did not comply with the terms of the offer.
Most likely you just waited too long to submit your request for rebate.
If only you had learned more in high school life would not be such a struggle.
We all have confidence the company knows what they are doing; just not you.
Thanks Kong.I'm sure I've submitted many more rebates than you have.Have you done an online rebate through the Pep Boys website?Maybe they've changed it since last year.I've never done an online rebate,at any other retailer, where you just enter the receipt information and they don't identify the items or amount of rebate.I still believe you own stock in an incompetent company, that's going down.
