Hello.... Wake up! You evidently don't understand much about biotech, nor the use of genetic infomration for drug discovery. Clinton and Blair didn't say anything new. The Wellcome trust effort and the Human Genome Project have been pumping their sequence infomration into the public domain for several years now. If anything, theis effort will only help companies like AGN who don't have their own gene finding effort and need to rely on what's in the public domain or what they can license to drive new drug discovery. Good luck with your short. You'll be needing it. We'll all be watching for you to cover in the near term.
David Pyott- Pres./CEO of AGN on CNBC reported today Botox accounted for 15% of their revenues and is helping power the company's growth. In the last five years, their products grew at 35% compounded, and Botox will certainly help that out. http://www.hostedscripts.com/boards/CEOs/messages/28.html Their drug Alphaghan is doing very well worldwide and is in the top 20 in sales.
