..it's been almost 2 months since the POPE questionnaire was approved. Are they having problems finding a partner? You would think that there would be strong interest from large Pharma companies in this drug. Obviously the question is at what price. I am guessing that they are speaking with a number of Pharma companies, trying to close the best deal for Shareholders.
As far as I know, these kind of deal making take quite some time, as the potential partner wants to make sure that the data provided to them is reliable and approvable by the FDA, for the Zertane, Ampio prepared a 5000 pages plus document for the potential buyer(s). and its about 2 months since it got approval of POPE so my idea is the news should be around the corner...
What do you mean? AMPE management very clearly said in December that "two concurrent Phase III clinical trials set to begin enrollment in 1Q13". It seems pretty clear that this means the study began over a month ago, and the drug should be approved soon.
There's no way AMPE management would say something that isn't true, is there?
