Must be some holders with large short term losses?
Based on the volume in the stock last May , it seems to me there are some holders with short term losses that are about to go long term. Maybe some hedge funds will unload to harvest the short term losses, then, if they still believe in PLXT, buy back in 30 days??
Because most of the volume took place in May of 2012. The losses will be long term at year end but are short term now. Many hedge funds should have a bevy of short term gains from the recent market rise, hence sell PLXT now to offset some of those short term gains. Then buy back into PLXT in 30 days so sale is not washed away by tax rules.
