It's curious why VHC's market cap is currently close to the same as ACTG yet Acadia has a couple hundred million in annual revs with oodles more cash than VirnetX. It's also curious why VHC only has around 26% institutional ownership and ACTG has over 84%. Even Soros Fund has a notable stake in ACTG but not in VHC.
And an article from last year listing essential LTE patent owners. Where's VirnetX?
1st and easiest, your second link isn't to where you think it is. 2nd, it is most likely about LTE and doesn't consider LTE-ADVANCED. 3rd (and will this EVER sink in???), it isn't the number of patents, it is about the quality of them, IDCC has a boat load of patents too. 4th, there are probably a large number of institutions that don't allow for many, if any, "speculative/non-revenue producing" stocks in their portfolio as this might be deemed as gambling with other people's money.
One of these days you might get it, or not. Until then try and find as many holes as you'd like, just don't bore us to death with THE SAME DARN THINGS over and over again. We know the revenue number, we know the CFO, we know KL supposedly has some mysterious ties to the Martian Mafia, we know Dr. Short has been selling (remember it is supposed to stop after July, so you've got one more chance to flog the dead beast one more time).
Its curious to me that both Microsoft and Aastra have already settled and several analysts have mjch higher price targets. Its also curious that several large funds have large positions in virnetx. Lastly it is curious that afger the mental and intellectual beatings you get repeatedly on this board you keep coming back for more. You are a glutton for punishment, 1 star.
