The average of the last 12 months closing price is over $30.00 and at this time Apple is beaten and will soon be paying over 300 million in damages and be paying a royalty - so now is definitely a buying opportunity.
The lost with Cisco means VHC does not get the 258 million it was suing them for - it still does not change the fact that Apple owes VHC 358 million dollars and anywhere from 1/2 to 1.5 % royalty which they are negotiating about for the next 30 days and still does not alter the fact that nobody is questioning the validity of their patents and that Cisco is still not off the hook from VHC suing them for Future Use Infringement if VHC decides to request Cisco's software code and obtains expert witness to validate Cisco's infringement.
The CSCO verdict will cause problems for VHC to get anyone else to sign licenses. No matter what the fools on the IV board and Guilford securities says, VHC now has a stratght up hill battle. In addition, there's not even the slightest possibility that AAPL won't appeal and keep this in the courts for years. VHC is finished. Their lawyers completely screwed up and consequently , they're finished.
