Why would you tell someone to buy in front of an AAPL appeal? Let's say everything goes your way and the judge grants VHC a 1.52% royalty rate. What do you think happens next? Correct, AAPL appeals all the way to the Federal courts. Then, while you wait a year for the ruling on that appeal, the stock hits mid to low single digits. So, why are you telling people to buy?
there is about a 100% trading range in this thing is one reason to buy now...in the face of your 'objections' - we are at the bottom of the range; sthe stock is cheap any way you look at it.
It may double and drop again by 1/2 for all I know in the end......but I believe for the near-to medium term the bottom is in. Buying under $20 is a good thing.
