Apple sought an adjournment, or extension, to answer VHC's motion....not uncommon. And, it could mean that there are negotiations going on. Or, it just come mean that Apple needed more time to submit an opposition to VHC's motion. Consequently, we have a tiny move downwards. Can't imagine selling on this news....not really news.
The thing is - it should be participating in the overall markets rally of 150 points ( around) if you cant move higher on these days you have a problem - the problem is the stock is and has traded like a rag doll moving up ONLY on good news only to fall from manipulating shorts who USE IT AS A DAYTRADING VEHICLE to make money on playing options - longs are getting kicked around and VHC's management has always played the Rip Van Winkle act not willing to MANAGE like a professional company but more like a 14 employee garage startup. The reason I am still long is I still believe the patents are derived from SAIC are very unique that even large caps Microsoft & Apple behind closed doors would love to have. Larson shows some personal savvy but needs to be more hands on operations / the McCool Law firm has made several gaffes and as CEO you need to make sure the legal side is covering all the bases properly and they flat out have not - if you want me to name the gaffes I certainly can.
