I know I can't be the only person with a brain on this message board. Please tell me that someone else understands neither Frost or Opko has "sold" a single share? Clearly that would require a Form 4. Sec form 144 = warrant conversion. Loving this week!
These shares are from warrants that they chose to exercise. They could hold the shares or they could sell the shares. The shares are being sold. Selling is selling. Stock closed at .45. Wake up people.
They have sold. Form 4 is only required if they own 10% or greater. Regardless, they didn't exit their positions. Something else must be going on as OPK sold less than 10% of their holding and still own greater than 6 million and Frost still owns greater than 5 million.
You're wrong. It would NOT require a form 4. You obviously don't know what a form 4 is about. I own MSLP and I hate people who come here and lie about the co. like that joker goldansky but this poster is wrong.
