Understand, with this public offering, there will no doubt be a public awareness marketing campaign. I consider this to be good news. Probably means STI mgmt didn't want to load up private placement investors with even more purchase options. I would rather not see a reverse split as part of this, but ultimately, SP will soon be based on an EPS multiple, wither way.
Yahoo is flaky, it didn't post when I used the "less than sign", so substituted "less than".
If I'm reading this right, it appears that 1/3 of $14.5m is about $4.6m, prior to fees, so how far will less than $4.6m go ?
