The US Dept of Commerce & the US Attorney’s Office for the District of MN investigation into failure to disclose certain info on the Gov’t’s Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA Certification). Further, the suspension from US Gov’t contracting by the US Dept of the Air Force related to the factual & legal issues underlying the investigation continues, limiting ability to enter into prime contracts or subcontracts with US Gov’t agencies, certain entities which receive US Gov’t funds or which are otherwise subject to the Federal Acq Regulations, as well as those state & local gov’t & commercial customers which decline to do business with entities suspended from gov’t contracting. The US Attorney’s Office also has recently expanded the scope of its inquiry to include compliance record & practices in areas including export controls & gov’t contracts. The US Attorney’s Office, Dept of Commerce & Air Force continue to gather info from & individuals involved in the issues underlying the investigation
Does anyone have any clear idea about how bad the company's legal problems are? The stock was down a little today in a very strong up-market. Best wishes.
