So whats the betting that Z falls like a rock in water after the Investor Day? What rabbits can Zillow pull out the hat to keep investors throwing money at this massively over valued stock? It's difficult to understand how a stock price of $56 and PE ratio of 312 will survive any detailed questions by Investors and Analysts. As Jim Cramer has said previously, anything less than stellar performance will cause Zillow to be sold; and he said that when the PE was less than 200.
It will also be interesting how new investor Caledonia Investments from Australia explains its strategy of having a 16% stake in Zillow and a 15% stake in competitor Trulia, especially with Zillow suing Trulia for Patent Infringement of its ludicrous zestimate algorithm.
