So, . . . what is Peltz going to do with his stake? Cut and run? Surge strategy? He's really holding herman on this one. I disagree with the Dow Jones valuation references for CEM; at $9.40/share, I see TEV/LTM EBITDA of 10.57x. I am hard pressed to see a big increase in EBITDA into 2008 to get to 6.5x, without a very significant margin expansion. What am I missing?
Immediate cash to equity via the sale of select divisions.
Crop and/or Water Treatment. Or the whole thing so that tap dancin' Bob can get that big Checkout Package they've been cutting heads for.
A more full of shit CEO hasn't been even conceived. All of his "value" "synergy" "portfolio" "best specialty chemicals company" "ethics training" crap. He's like a broken sewer main; foul brown stench gushing from his arrogant maw.
