have just started looking at sbux largely as a possible short. all i can see is that they warned on summer revenue growth in early july, following which insiders have been selling heavily, which strikes me as a negative. chairman selling a lot, CFO selling 1/3 of his stake. am trying to establish whether this is the turning point in growth rate for this company or not. most of the analysts that have been following this company for a while and been in love with it (for good reason) will miss this point when it comes.
I take pleasure in being right in the market not in a message board. The tape has given it's decision loud and clear.Look at the volume as it approaches 200 Day MA.Once that goes this stock is toast .And what's the reason for such heavy selling from the insiders that too in june from no less a person than the chairman. But as usual bagholders got hope to cling on.Did I hear history repeats itself and no where else more so than at the wallstreet?
