Starbucks is a highly efficient well-managed company. Management has done research. This is not going to hurt the company. Why do all of the insecure gun folk think it will hurt? I don't really think they are investors to begin with. Honestly, I think many posting today don't know the first thing about investing.
Think so do ya! Just watch the stock price when the NRA comes out with a statement shaming Starbucks for not honoring the Constitution of The United States. The anti-American Starbucks management should just close all stores in the U.S. and leave, cause they just cut there own throats here, and by the way, all of us gun folks are VERY secure. We sleep well at nights with cold steel just a hands reach away, it keeps both criminals and our Government in line and secures our freedom. But I suppose some "folk" just can't sleep at night without a good warm boot across there neck. Poor sheep!
So you are suggesting that we can judge the breadth of the NRA's influence by what happens to Starbucks? You need "cold steel" so you can sleep at night? How much fear do you live with on a daily basis? "their" not "there."
What are you talking about? They are absolutely honoring the Constitution. They said they would not ask anyone to leave for wearing a gun. I have confirmed this several times by carrying into several stores and they could not have been nicer. You are seeing a fight here where there is none. They are pro-Constitution and it was #$%$ gun folks (not sane gun folks like most that I know) trying to taunt their the anti-gun nut jobs that made them politely ask to not hold rallies there. Nothing more. Me and my wealthy conservative, gun owner friends will continue to patronize Starbucks, where we will sit beside liberal folks to drink coffee....OK, not that close because some of them don't wear deodorant:-)
There is no "think so" about it. Facts speak for themselves. This company is very well run. Now, you can choose your "piece" over the stock, but I'm not sure why you have to brag about your insecurities here.
