CPST not doing enough marketing - what about selling to refineries?

Seems like there's an opportunity to install a bunch in every refinery and generate power from the flare really cheap. They talk about this, but we haven't seen any sales in this area. Seems like a no-brainer, and it would be win-win-win all around. Anyone care to comment on this? Maybe I am missing something.

    • The word of mouth in Industry amongst Engineers is all they need. They have Global acceptance and exposure with no real Competitors. THE UNITS are THEIR MARKETING FORCE

    • Seems that they are focused on the product that will carry itself. You find more about them from customers implementing, which is what may make this a winning Trojan.

We are at a high (1.80) we havent seen in a long time (holidng since 08). I feel that people do not expect the PR glitz some other companies put out, and that is what makes the value under appreciated. Not saying it is going to fly high like crazy (would love it to do just that!) but I think it will have a continual up trend, and the market feeling now seems to be have a will to carry it to $2.00 before a pullback.

I dont have a price target, but I do feel comfortable as the product is a proven one with real customers. It is not an overnight Solyndra, but a long hauler.

      Sentiment: Buy

    • You don't seem to know what Capstone makes, and, you have no idea of what a refinery is or how it operates.

    • CPST needs to "market" their products to the people that spec and make final decisions on what is going to be used in any and all applications.....architects, engineers, and ceo's..

They just need more exposure to industry groups.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
