    Latest numbers

According to the earnings release yesterday, income from continuing operations rose to $117M, from $51M a year earlier, revenue rose 1.9 percent to $1.99B, circulating revenue now exceeds advertising revenue, which grew 10.4 percent to $953M, and digital/e-reader subscriptions rose 13 percent from the last quarter to 640,000. Only bad number was that advertising for the year dropped 6 percent to $898M.

Over all solid numbers, it's great that circulation revenue now exceeds advertising revenue. It's obvious that this company is extremely close to bankruptcy LOLOL.

    Sentiment: Buy

    • Your an idiot to believe that "it's great that circulation revenue now exceeds advertising revenue." is "solid numbers". They're not. There is nothing but bankrupcy for a future. Look at the real numbers in this report. How many were FIRED or LAYED OFF, because of subscription DECLINE. This POS isn't worth buying for use as fish wrap. It would only make the fish SMELL WORSE.

      Sentiment: Strong Sell
