I can't wait...been sitting on my put spreads forever.... Do you know the CFO has sold a total of 391K shares since November? Does he know something? He has less shares now (296K) than the amount he sold.
How does this look in retrospect? This stock is rolling, and that dynamic can lift a stock to irrational levels. Look at Apple at $700 and how silly that looks in retrospect. I will ride this one up as long as the updraft is there. I don't think the ride will end until we break $110-$120. They could sustain that level is they started opening more stores, but they haven't had an aggressive expansion plan. Their earnings improvement will top out soon without further growth in number of stores.
btw, the cfo probably sold to lock in cap gains at 2012 rates before his tax liability rose in 2013. Many corporate officers with long term gains did the same. He would have only sold the shares that he had long term gains in. Nothing unusual about that activity.
