    • CDEN also has $10 million of goodwill. It has never been profitable since 1999 I think. It does say 2004 Could be profitable.

Many times when a co delists it loses all its following- however at some point its worth a gamble. Tangible book is about $15.

PMACA and SKP are both public cos perhaps turning around who still sell cheap to book. There is another public dental co also cheap but losing money and the name escapes me.

      • You want a cheap very undervalued stock.

check out ASAA ... They just sold 175K shares of OMTL at 11.50 ... There director is OMTL CEO and he had them buy the OMTL last May @ 3 ... they still own 50K of OMTL @ 3 and the stock hit $20 today.

ASAA has $2.00 in cash/shr prior to the stock sale announced yesterday

ASAA only has 2M shares outstanding ... which means they netted .75/share on the sale of OMTL and added another $1.00 in cash to the balance sheet.

Check out the last price to book and price to sales ratios without the recent stock trade or a building sale that netted them a 650K gain.

Do your own DD but this is little followed thinly traded gem that is worth more than the street is pricing it and unlike AWX there are no B shares.

      • Thanks if this thing tanks on the pink sheets to under a buck may be time to buy back a reasonable holding ??? ccomments?? thoughts?
