Don't want to rain on your parade, but, if the trend continues, A drop will occur after the Q report. Has last 5 times. Big gamble to hold into report with all the profits on the line from the run up of late. Eventually, either the Q shows a profit (not this time) or the Q presenter says there will be one with TIME CERTAIN. Don't think either occurs this Q. After a pull back, it's off to the races again until either of the two situations above occur. I am bullish with SNV and anticipated remaining so. Just light with stock ownership now.
I agree, a pullback is more likely than not. I'm in SNV for the long run and have quit trying to out guess stock movement on a short term basis. I expect to make money 2-3 quarters out and will be looking at trends and guidance more than the Q4 loss, unless the loss is really much worse than expected.
