Is there a chance that it wont be delisted?

I have no idea about any of this stuff so i was just wondering. Also even if it goes to the pinksheets, it doesnt mean that exide is over it could come back right? Sorry Im new at all of this!!

    • Sounds like lots of newbies on this board. It will be delisted and go to the pink sheets to die, a long slow death albeit. It will eventually be cancelled in bankruptcy court. There is a chance that some assets are left for the common shares, so they may still have some potential value, but unlikely. In the meantime it may be pumped and dumped several times over. Small amounts of cash can flood the market with buy & sell orders to manipulate the price.

      • Yes, but lets look at the facts, this isnt the first time that they have filed BK!!! The other thing is they only filed chapter 11 for BK protection to restructure the company to make it better. I made quite a bit of money off of AAMRQ and all of you bashers said the same thing. So if you dont believe in the stock why are you on here? Do you have ulterior motives to push the stock down? Talk people out of their hard earned money that they invested?

    • You could sell now and buy back next week on the OTC. There is a very good chance that this is not set to soar soon. Good chance that this will go down to .05 before it goes up!

    • Don't worry about the stock being delisted all that means is it will be traded on a different market. No big deal !!!

      • I wouldn't worry, except when I ead about delisting, it says creditors can rcall their debts in. But why will the US Investors pay thru the nose while international operations are still runnins and being funded with something? I don't believe bankruptcy will occur, but some chance of delisting. The OTC is a step down from Nasdaq, Lesser standards, lesser reliability in the stocks they sell.
But they still sell. Marketing is more difficult, but otc broker firms buy chunks of stock and pump and dump the stock. I can't see any trouble pumping a 3billion dollar in rev. stk. It will have its upswings.
I also cannot understand why no appeal of the delisting was made, unless the company is holding the DTSC LIABLE FOR THEIR LOSS AS A RESULT OF CLOSING VERNON IN ERROR. AND CAUSING THEM THIS DECLINE IN VALUE.

      • So why are people panicking and selling every time we turn around? I personally think there is still a shot that the company could pull it self out of this headache. What are you thinking?
