This #$%$ is overvalued. Mark my word. You will see a 10% drop by earning. This company is suffering from legacy products, old school management, and executives selling their shares. They know they will not see this valuation again.
One thing for certain that their products are inferior to that of other leading providers. I've been at 3 banks in management roles and all three truly hate fiserv products, services, and turn around time. The good employees are leaving and they are extremely understaffed. New reorg has lead to greater delays in servicing customers and I don't see it improving. Get out of this with this run up.
