i live out here where these leases are located and they are mostly nat gas, not to say good oil but mostly nat. afraid of next divy and im not one of those divy fraidy cat. i think could dissapoint on next divy payout and could come back to earth, like bpt sometimes does and pbt exspecially same area as pbt and same type of leases. like everybody wish i had bought at 18 something. even a edward jones friend is putting his older clients in it caused a red flag with me. some body tell me some facts on this stock thanks

    • Larry and not totally, thank you for PSE. That is my kind of holding. Uncle Sam is making me take a distribution from my IRA, I'm almost 72, and I'm going to put it in PSE. Thank you. Bill

    • Thanks, Larry. I think PER will surprise everyone. Bill

    • Larry, is this a gut feeling you have about the up coming dividend? Or have you been out in the field, gathering information? How has the weather been, in Midland? I admit I haven't followed your weather. In Fresno, CA. it is either too hot, 100 plus, or too cold, 32 down. We should hear something about the dividend, about Jan. 28th. Bill

    • Larry, do you live in Andrews County, Texas? This trust is located in that county. I live in Fresno, CA. I have owned PBT for more than 10 years for the income. It pays about 6%. Lizahuang54, noted on the SDT board, she had a position in both PER and SDT. I sold my PBT and bought PER. Thank you, Liza. I believe the divy is safe after reading the Texas Railroad Commision reports. Andrews county is #1 in oil production. The 1st payment was 6 cents above the projected 66 cents, or a little over 1 cent per month. I'm expecting abount .52 in Feb.. CEO Wade said they are getting more oil than the gathering system can handle and cut the rigs from 14 to 12. We now have over 5600 shares. I'm expecting a 10% payout in 2012. Bill

      • i live in midland about 30 miles away, but i traveled the roads between there and seminole. i sware i am not trying to scare any body. andrews county field has been here for years and has always been a good producer. i dont understand how a field can be sold and suddenly be paying out a 10 to 15 percent yeild. same location as lgcy and pbt. also there are as many gas storage tanks as oil tanks in that area. however you can look out across the land at night and see nothing but rig lights. it is flat as a pancake. a friend who is edward jones dealer also is recomending to clients. i just question the divy staying at these levels. but please dont do anything because of what i say and i wish i had listened to my friend that day. price was 18.75 that day

    • There's not a lot to understand, it's appears to be a safe place to put money for now and the dividend history on yahoo looks attractive. I'm guessing we'll see it peek at about $25 in the next few weeks. And then profit taking. As longs as it has media attention it will be a buy. One of my sites that tries to guess the future has it at a hold right now.

    • "i live out here where these leases are located and they are mostly nat gas"

in their last report, they had total production of 473MBOE, and 453 of that was oil, so that's like 95% oil.
