He once built up Impac to be a successful mortgage lender specializing in Alt-A loans. Can he do it again?
Impac was once a $272 stock (March 2004). Can it become 1/10 of its former self? That would make it a 10 bagger at today's price. Can he do it again?
He's building the sales infrastructure now. He's expanding the product offerings (reverse mortgages). Now, he must show steady progress EVERY qtr. If he doesn't, I don't think he CAN do it again. What do you think?
as long as the company receives financing then yes....besides litigation thats the only hurdle at this point in the game. Because of the nature/volume of this sector Impac can be a billion+ dollar company fairly quick. But its like you said they have to show continous earnings for this to happen. I like what they are doing...this company is definilty a hidden gem.
