it was rather instructive watching the Amazon, UPS, Target, Delta & Fed Ex online systems failing and/or crashing over the holidays? All hail to the 'private sector'! They're obviously infallible?
Must never forget the 4 dead in Benghazi because of obamaX.......and the $565 mil scam at solyndra.....IRS spies or the Fast and really stupid gun running........Your taxes at work in the obamaX reign...
I usually don't post about polotics but, I am scared for our country going forward. the affordable health care act / obama/romney care (it's all the same shyt). Is going to cost the avg. family 250 to 500 a month for reasonable care. Employers are going to drop health care in many cases choosing relatively low fines as opposed to crippling health care costs, as it's harder than ever to run a business in this country...at least if you want to make a profit. You also mean to tell me with all the tax burden that our gov. puts on its citizens we cant afford a national health care system???, in which people dont have to pay what amounts to another tax out of a paycheck that has already been taxed at 30%, and they pay they're property taxes, and tax on fuel, smokes, booze, food, sales, capital gains (if they are so lucky) etc etc etc??????? something has to give in this country and I think this health care issue is gonna be it once americans realise how screwed the are when it takes hold.
Every other developed country IN THE WORLD has some form of national health care - why is it the US can't "afford" it? Clearly the US can afford it - the only debate now is the design of the market - do we want a market where insurers and medical companies make big profits for poor products, or do we want a market where an individual is responsible for paying for their own health care (with subsidies, as needed, in cases of indigence) and there is competition between providers, and providers are not allowed to hide behind fine print that says they provide coverage, but in fact cover very little, and won't cover those with pre-existing conditions.
Obamacare/Romneycare fixes a broken healthcare marketplace. It will take time, it will involve change, not everything will go perfectly, but it will be much, much better than what we have now.
Obamacare will save lives, extend lives, and improve the quality of life, of millions.
