Why do some think dilution is an issue

What news or sec filing leads those to believe that the stock is being diluted from 20 million shares? Please attach link if you are responding. Thanks.

why don't you unwind--wind-up and play a different tune--really getting old--
some people will make money here and some will lose---so what does that have to do with you--

    • <<The only business execution PV knows is selling shares to naive investors.>>

Yeah, naive investors(gamblers)just like you , right?

<<He has a billion shares to dilute with a bunch of bogus pr's with paid for analyst reports.>>

Are you getting your info from the funny pages?

    • The only business execution PV knows is selling shares to naive investors. He has a billion shares to dilute with a bunch of bogus pr's with paid for analyst reports.

    • One the daily volume.

Two - PV 7 year track record with companies like DFTS, NLAI, and NWMT.

Three - The constant pumper PR's with wild estimates and paid for analyst reports is a "MAJOR RED FLAG" that there is massive dilution.

Four - He doesn't need your vote to dilute or authorize more shares.

Five - PV has constantly lied to investors. Nothing will change.

    • Dude, please. Just look at the last quarterly where they diluted the shit out of this stock to pay debt. Now, how in the world could there be 20 million shares outstanding if this trades 2-10 million a day for the past 3 months? The next quarterly will show they diluted the chit out of this again...my guess is 120,000,000 outstanding shares.

      • Your 120 million shares is not a fact, as you said it is your guess. If you made a lucky guess, then then current earnings per share (eps)

        eps = 3.56 million/120 million = 0.03 (3 cents)

The current share price is 3.72 cents resulting in a price per earnings ratio (P/E) of

        P/E = 3.72 cents/3 cents = 1.24!

When the record earnings coming out within two weeks, this P/E is going to be even less -- perhaps around one for this worst case that you guessed.

Not a bad deal to have earnings for the past year about equal to the entire market cap. This guess of increasing the O/S to 120 million STILL results in an incredibly undervalued stock. Of course you could be wrong and this stock is even more undervalued than your guess.

For those that are concerned about bad stocks out there, there are many stocks that not only have no earnings at present, but never had any. They are very easy to find.
