that's $ 1400 worth of stock. That is why the O/S is 1.9 million, and the not 1.8 million after the 10-1. So what's the point? it's insignificant at this juncture. I'm betting that when they do dilute, that it would be at a higher shareprice, because the company does not want to jeopardize their nasdaq listing, especially not this soon. They may want to dilute when this is $4 -10 /share perhaps? Wouldn't that be more beneficial.
SEC- On feb 19th 90,000 shares were issued and delivered to Hanover. ---- O/S shares were 1,875,978 on feb 14th. post split. A small amount yes. Part of a continuing death of a thousand cuts the co. has no controll over.
