Some "deadbeat" customer gave Dish my cell phone number and Dish keeps calling me to collect. I have asked three different Dish representatives to take my cell number out of their system and I still rec'd ~20 calls over the last two weeks. I wonder if Dish's executive mgmt. and sales team cares if they lose potential customers from their call center's incompetence. I will never use Dish!!!!
I'm not a stockholder and I'm not short either, but I am a customer who will return to Directv as soon as my commitment to DISH is over. My problem is that I bought the 2nd most expensive package (the most expensive package included a movie channel I didn't want) and I find that I don't have access to unbiased business news such as CNBC World or Bloomberg. Whether or not you are a Repbulican, you should tell your company's management that it's a mistake to drive off customers who don't want to be forced to watch Fox "News".
