Thanks for the suggestion. It is a "net-net" indeed. But can you trust their numbers given that their business is headquartered in China. Chinese companies' numbers can be very unreliable so I'd be careful.
Nam Tai is also Chinese, but they've been in business since the 90's and have a long history of giving dividends and being shareholder oriented.
Of course, if ACTS numbers are real then it would be a fabulous investment.
I'm also invested in both stocks -- they are my top two investments.
Actions has Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as an auditor (I think they are currently the biggest accounting firm), so I would be pretty surprised if the money isn't there. Also, they have been doing a long term share buyback and have so far bought back more than 16 million shares. That's a good sign.
