Still a great value with all that cash. But it is a China stock, and unless they liberate some of that huge cash hoard with a dividend, it'll be hard to move meaningfully, short term.
And does the new CEO have any experience with a profitable company? I think he was the head of that R&D group ACTS bought a year or so back. Is that right? If so, I wish they could have found someone with a track record of leading a profitable company, rather then an R&D kinda guy. They already got one of those in the former CEO.
