Instead of closing a plant and restaurants why don't the Yum Boys hire somebody to build up sales, then they would not have to close facilities. They have hired many VP's and executives over the past 2 years. Don't they know how to increase sales? The company is getting smaller instead of growing. I see empty Bob Evans restaurants and grocery stores with limited Bob Evans products.
Your obviously not with the program here. Don't you know its all about the gang at the top, and forget about the people in the restaurants. Their only there to support the income level at the top. This office is about as dead as it has ever been. Moral is very low and I can't imagine what its like all over. Sales are the big topic but those at the top get paid on profit. So that leaves everyone else to pay the price so their income level at the top can go up. They make changes all the time to help with profit, but can't seem to do much with sales as you said becaue they are making the wrong decisions. Why aren't they on graded harder on sales like the managers are? Or is it just about them and their greedy?
