There is either something seriously wrong with the P2B results, or this is a final shakeout before positive results. I have noticed that other biotech stocks usually go down right before major transformational news.
Management is way too quiet on the AZD2820 program, as well as what they are specifically going to do with the $35M raised. Other than paying their fat salaries and probably giving themselves raises with their crony board members.

Forbes says the men's market for Viagra is $5B and 43% of women experience sexual dysfunction. We just need PTN to release the result already! I'm hoping they are planning to dilute and then announce results and leave us all holding nothing.
The company would have value as a public listing and now cash- so it is not inconceivable other strategies were on BVFs mind, ESP as a P2 failure could mitigate most of the burn.
Re results- taking a long time for top line. If we see more results (ie subgroups etc) that aren't a clear win, it will show that the top line was known and certainly make the drop in price suspicious.
Poots will want to one-star this as it involves "logic."
Seems reasonable. I wish they would just release the results already. It's got to be in the next couple weeks latest. A close above $1 would be nice and I think very doable. After all, BVF only recently bought at that price. They have a good track record.
Their "serious talks" turned out to be a bunch of BS
