Has a large bed. It has a big screen TV, a couple comfy chairs, and a PC.
SJ and SK show up for work, they go to the back room, and they sit at the PC. They answer email, then they go to the IMOS board. They laugh at Caff and Mem and Dave and Jaret and Sean and Marnis and all the loser longs. Then they laugh more because you all think they are working. Then they have a few drinks, get into bed, and work each other for a couple hours.
This is your management. Keep dreaming longs, see you at $6.

I was on the Reuters site and 15 analysts cover Chipbond which sports a 3.7% dividend yield. Their net margin is much better than SPIL's as is their long-term growth rate; yet the stock trades at a discount to the industry and market. Maybe size matters.

Chipbond is trading at 11.5 times 2013 projected earnings (which have been steadily moving higher over the year). ChipMos will receive lots of coverage, be in a position to offer a great dividend, and command a comparable multiple.
