So first solar now know what every plant built by first solar can produce every minute send it to the grid and send it to several small central storage plants build by their partner GE .
That 's the future the balance between peek and less demand if you can fix that than solar will be the only source of electricity
You guys are really coming out of the woodwork today. No - you can't export power to the grid and send it to a storage facility at a different location. You would need to pay a transmission wheeling charge which would kill the already slim economics. The grid is regulated folks - you can't just do whatever you want on it.
You are not well informed diamond BOY if there is an over supply its the grid who only have to transport and if the grid is over his capacity they can send it to the ground or to a storage facility.
Storage is good for the grid and for clean energie ........
