Ya know, I've been trading/investing for almost 30 years now, always trying to figure out why a stock does something on a particular day when the rest of the market goes the other way. Not sure why but over the last few years I have finally given up on trying to do so as 90% of the time when I make a move based on what daily moves mean, it ends up costing me money then when I just hang in or buy dips on companies that I like. Not saying that there aren't those out there who can do well with that type of trading but for me it hasn't worked.
That being said, I just stay long SNTA with the knowledge that yes, it is an early stage biotech and it could easily fail but my bet is with Kovner and the board. Not saying they know anything for sure but they haven't gotten rich by making lots of bad bets. At the worst, they must think that SNTA's platform shows promise.
Shelf registration with SEC shows that the President and head of Research and Development

banking that they will have a great new on phase III soon but this new is bad if it is true.
