what did we learn from the ISP abstracts that we didn't already know?
Nothing! we already knew that G by itself did not have broad efficacy. we also knew that for a small subset of patients, G was very effective. So, inline with previous experience, the ISP abstracts basically concluded the same. The important thing to take away from the ISPs is more proof that G is working as designed. more relevant to the future of snta will be confirmation of G combo with chemo efficacy. this is what the SMART money is looking to see from G at asco; everything else is a head fake.
