Am 3/4 through the investor day CC on Synta's website, my take
Very positive. I have detailed notes of key points that I will post when I have time tomorrow. A few issues that I saw, but overall so far very positive. Unless something comes out in the rest of the call or tomorrow, I think we are going to have a strong share response.
I gotta tell ya... I'm a long here, but there was no news today. I listened.
In fact, a third of the way into the broadcast, someone made the statement...
"Now that everyone has left..."
Which was moderated by...
"That's not quite true for those of you joining us on the webcast.."
The analysts, the oncodocs, the clinicians ... all walked out before the broadcast was over. Why?
There was more interesting stuff to see...nothing new...no news.
There's no catalyst here till they have data...till they share IP on the HDC platform...
Till they partner...possibly till they decide to dilute.
Don't make it up as you go...
This is a great example of an outright lie. And given that you said there was
"nothing new", I would like to see you address the positive points in my assessment, many of which represent new information. Please do. I am waiting.
Bullsh$t. There was some very good news. I am putting together a post, but some of you are pretty serious morons. eLDH, for instance. That was huge and new. My my, you people really should just put money under the mattress.
I agree really. i listened to the whole thing and the only definitive positive thing I heard was the " IP on the HDC platform to be released in Oct". I didn't necessarily hear any bad news though. As for the stock price. no one knows how it will react on monday. i hope up of course
I posted last week that there would be very little real news issued during the presentation and JFK thought I might be a basher. The question is do we well off tomorrow because of this or do we continue to move up based on the decent momo that we have?
SNTA IR told me "next batch of data will be released sometime in Q4 of 2013". Simple as that.
Like Allen said in the Hangover when they fed the lion the dope..."We wait".
