The invention relates to compounds of structural formula (I) or (III): ##STR00001## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, clathrate, or prodrug thereof, wherein ring A, X.sub.1, X.sub.2, X.sub.3, X.sub.5, R.sub.1, R.sub.4, Y, Z, L, m and n are defined herein.
