GTIM financing was "preferred shares"...meaning common loses? No?

Doesn't common stockholder end up with nothing if anything goes wrong? The recent financing sure helped GTIM "but" if they fail to deliver, common stock holders (today's buyers) will be left with nothing! Correct?

GTIM is still a very dangerous stock after this recent run-up. Careful! Good luck to all. GTIM was a buy "before" the run-up, not now.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell
