How appropriate. The state's "Division of Standards" caught this practice and not anyone in operations. Not management, not the service staff, not the district manager, not the regional. Certainly, with the emphasis on standards at the corporate level (that tool Scoggins is the coporate Standards Czar), RT's field management is conducting food shows, looking at quality on a dailty basis, etc. Probably not, there is probably a corporate directive to focus on the correct shade of black of uniform shirts and dessert mix for the service staff. Or, everyone has been duly focused on that can't miss meal period of the day, BRUNCH! Who eats BRUNCH anymore? What is this 1988?
