1)Warren will kick off in no more than a few years at best and the stock will suffer badly, and 2)BRKB(and BRKA)does not pay a penny of dividend even though Warren is a big dividend believer when it comes to getting paid himself, but not for his stockholders.
No thanks on BRKB, from someone just like Warren in this way..........I like to be paid dividends but not pay them out.
because he is the greatest allocator of capital in the history of capitalism.
You, on the other hand, apparently think you are a better allocator of capital than he is since you want him to pay you a dividend if you own stock in BRK. If so, I want you investing my money (I don't, if you had any question on that subject).
two reasons to buy.
GS and GE.
anybody remember the terms on which the Oracle bailed out Goldman Sachs and General Electric? much better than the terms timmie and hankie got.
if i recall it was 10% preferreds AND warrants for lots of common stock at the then market price.
since then GS has quadrupled and GE has nearly doubled. "Mr. Buffet is on line 1" is a call that both CEO's have to take. methinks BRK could wipe out all of GS profit for a year or more with those warrants and possibly bankrupt GE.
check EDGAR to be sure.
There are over 200,000 people working at this
organization. No one man is irreplaceable, the
ground behind you is full of irreplaceable men.
Same goes for Steve J. and AAPL too.
You shorts never cease to amaze me... I usually only find time
to discuss items I am bullish on, you guys play
Guardian Angel and roam the high seas of stuff
you do not own, helping out the sh-sh-sheep...
My entry price appears buried, even on a down tape.
