    When Warren Dies Part 2....

How much will BRK drop in value (%-wise) and will it be a buying or a selling opportunity given a 5 year time horizon? IMHO the stock drops a minimum of 5% and a maximum of 15% and the legacy is OVER. Time to sell, maybe even sell within the next year or two..

    Sentiment: Hold

    • Did McDonalds collapse when Ray Kroc died? NO. Did Walmart collapse when Sam Walton died? NO. And neither will Berkshire. If anything, a pullback on Mr Buffetts withdrawal from the business, wether by death or retirement, will create a buying opportunity that I'm sure he wished he could take advantage of.

      • None of those folks made money by being the CEO of an investment holding company (there's a big difference - which is why Warren does NOT manage ANY companies he owns or invests in, he realizes its a completely different skill set). Also, I did not say BRK would collapse, just not fair nearly as well under a different investment team (they simply don't have the clout and yes clout is what Warren relied upon to land the big deals in the last 5 to 10 years).

        Sentiment: Sell
