You guys need to get your expectations correct. His comments on the Oct 2nd call were within a month at a minimum. He says this meant not the month of Oct but during the month of Nov. So the clock is now ticking. It could happen at any point in the current month. We don't know when and Reed hasn't indicated if the waiver is waiting on something. I am betting Dell is waiting for the automated testing equipment to be installed and tested. They might provide a waiver prior to the installation after the testing is done.
The equip is being tested right now and might be nearly complete. Then they will install it in lufkin. So we are looking at a week or two unitl full installation. But testing could complete at any time. The testing has gone well thus far from what I have heard. So if Dell is waiting for the testing to conclude the waiver could come any day. If they are waiting for installation to be complete it could be a few weeks. Either way I can wait that one out.
WRONG! How many idiots are going to keep repeating the same false stuff. Read said something else that was confusing and it was clarified with Reed by Cody and a few other posters that he meant a month max. Get the story straight or shut up.
