How hard is it to ship the right T-shirt? Seriously!
So, first time in my life I ever ordered anything from this company. Three weeks ago I ordered a regular T-shirt from their website. They sent me a black dress. What are the odds of that? First shot. They fouled it up.
Okay, I got a kick out of that. Made me laugh for a while. Figure I'd call the customer service number on the invoice and they'd send me out the right shirt immediately. But noooo. They refused. They want me to box up their mistake and send back the wrong item before they even ship the correct one out. As if I'm the guilty party here? This is no way to treat a first time customer. Most companies would be so embarrased about THEIR mistake, that not only would they correct THEIR mistake immediately, but they would give me a promotional to make amends. This is one nutty company. They can steal my money once. But after that, no more.
