But that's about it and they have to shut down when ever the water gets up in the Spring time as it does get out of banks.
I just figured the state of Illinois would be more proactive in building communities, verse just watching them dry up and turn into a welfare state.
Where the money could essentially be coming from would come down Illinois #3 from Cape Girardeau and Carbondale/Marion area which are essentially exploding in growth but a bit too congested for my tastes. As well as Poplar Bluff/Sikeston area.
I know alot of people flow thru that route as to when their headed to Branson, MO. to catch those shows. It would just seem like a logical location for a big casino hotel where in which people from Chicago could stay the night and maybe an extra day or so... as there's nothing in the area.
