TSRA call option volume two days ago was 10,903 contracts compares to put volume of 1,754 contracts. TSRA's April option implied volatility is 165, June is 130 and September volatility is 104, WAY above its 26-week average of 55 according to Track Data.
This is suggesting that the Street is expecting a huge move upwards in the near term!
TSRA's arbitration case with Amkor starts next Monday! It's only expected to last 7 days! The case involves HOW MUCH MONEY Amkor owes TSRA for using TSRA's patents. I expect the arb case to come out in FAVOR of TSRA, which is inline with what the street is expecting!
Do not sell at these levels. This is a strong buy at these levels. TSRA has a rock solid balance sheet and the worst is already priced in the shares.
Buy all you can people! Look at my recent posts. I've been very lucky/spot on with all my recent calls!
