A buying opportunity or a panic selling opportunity. Recongizing the history of NLY of boucing around form the low to mid 16's to a high in the 20's it is likely to view this as a buying opportunity. There is no reaosn to think that any of the funamntals are out of line here that I have read. Rather this is the usual up and down and right now down.
Most studies show that selling low in panic is one of the most common mistakes made. So does anyone have any hard data (vs. soft opinion) that suggests this is more than the ususal pattern. The dividend return is mighty fine at this level. Anyone have any thing solid on why the return will go down signficatnly per share. If not hold or buy. If someone can direct me to something that shows this really is a permanent cratering I will reconsider holding. If no one can show me anything like this, I will only regret I don't have a bit more cash to buy a bit more.
