i don't think their drug is FDA approved. They are just submitting the NDA for a revision of a cancer drug already on the market. The patent rights for that drug ends on January 10th, so we should see the submission before that date.
Don't understand the correlation b/w patent expiry and NDA submission. NDA filing is that only, the NDA will then need to be accepted and then finally approved. From accepted to approved will be months at a minimum.
once we have NDA, funds will start buying in--some simply can't otherwise, esp. in the biotech space--not until they have proof--which means it will be an accumulation day--there is no way in hell the MM is holding this down just so he can sell it off below--he will hold it down to accumulate and sell on the massive ride up--
