Third, if you knew about financial statements, you would realize how ignorant your statement is as it relates to their financial stability to have enough cash flow to make the div payment, its interest expenses, its capital spending, etc -- essentially ending 2011 with a relatively neutral impact on cash and debt (and not have to borrow to pay the dividend). One must understand amortization, depreciation, pension pmts, etc to make projections. Leave the analysis to us pros. Finally, you have no clue on the structure of their debt and how it works; you are just shooting from the hip, pardner!!

Yes, but if used to grossly overpay for antiquated toll booth companies that add nothing to the earnings....then it might be an issue.
